About
Auxiliator was established through a need that we saw in the market for a one stop place to provide businesses with the right people and systems for sustainable growth with trusted professionals that have been there. Between Aiden and Jenn we have proven expertise to help your business. It all started when Aiden (COO for a renovations and cabinetry company) was in an all too familiar place trying to grow a team to provide continuing success. Going from a small business and wanting to take the next step to a medium firm, we required people. Between ownership and Aiden, they didn't have the bandwidth to correctly source and secure the right people. Aiden had created successful systems for the company, but without the right people to work in the system. The company found itself in a continuous cycle of hiring and believing that the people just don't exist. We solicited the help of Jenn (who at that time was on maternity leave), with her background in recruitment and people management... and her passion to find the best fit. Countless hours of talking, filtering and presenting the company with candidates that met the criteria. We were able to find continued success with plugging in the right people for the systems that were built. With a values driven approach to hiring we found that not only that, the people did exist, but the people were searching for a company with systems and a culture that could see them thrive and grow. This success that we have found in our careers has fuelled a passion to get this into other businesses hands that find themselves in need of the right people with the right systems for sustainable growth to get your business to where you want to be.
